Just started the Race for the Heisman mode ...

Does anyone know what Playbook Practice does? Does it improve your player's ratings? Every time I go in and do it, whenever I quit it tells me all current progess will be lost. Is there a certain number of times you have to do it before it will "count," or is this practice mode literally just that: practice?

I did some searching for ya and found info on the following website. It's about half way down the page. Anyway, it pretty much says practice doesn't do anything for you. I'll continue to look for verification of this info. In my RFTH I get the "all progress will be lost" prompt often when I'm exiting a menu.
