recruiting budgets

I just took a job at West Virginia (think its 2014, they were winless last season)

I set the budget percents to about 30% recruit, 40% train, 30% discipline

I start trying to recruit, look at all the 2star interested prospects, but it wont let me select the phone/visit

Then I realize I have NO **** RECRUITING POINTS

WTF is up with that

I guess you should just let the CPU recruit for you.

My roommates and I created 1 star academic schools, I went 13-1 in the MAC, and had about 224 points. My one roommate went 5 and 7 and got 120 or so points. My third roommate(who is the worst of us at sports games) went 1 and 11 and he got 25 recruiting points. So I guess what I am trying to say is it is possible for you to get no recruiting points. This seems a little ridiculous because you should have some resources regardless of record. And furthermore, did your guys stats come up after training?? Because if it is purely percentages and you got 0 points at 30% you should not have received any "resources" for traning or discipline. Meaning your guys stats would not have increased and no discipline points for next season. This might be a fairly large glitch! Which makes me wonder if your guys did increase from training with no recruiting points then why would I put percentage points into training and not just put them all into recruiting and discipline.

Are you sure that you actually put the points there for recruiting? I know it may seem impossible, but after adjusting the numbers to your liking, maybe you forgot some....I haven't had 0 before, but I have left some percentages unallocated before after moving percentages around.....

Yeah the training results were as the always are, nothing out of the ordinary. And I don't think Uncle Sam would have drafted any of the underclassmen.
