I suggest making your own and you can decide exactly how many stars. Otherwise there are a ton of 2 to 3 schools in MWC and MAC. Wyoming is on its way up in the MWC, could be fun. Of course I enjoy CSU in the MWC.

Nah, I'd still go with Houston. Good competition in Conference USA, in town rivalry with Rice, and if you're good enough you can get an invite to the Big 12 or the SEC which is something to look forward to.

I'd like to do something similar on a small team with an option QB. How long does it take to get invites to the big conferences? Also, if you turn down an invite to a conference will different conferences invite you in later seasons?

UConn!!

Two-star program, in the Big East, impact RB. Nice new stadium.

Do Big East teams get invited to other conferences?

I wanted the same thing so I did one with Rutgers. They have some really talented players and you get to play agains schools that present a decent challenge. And you can recruit in talent-rich NJ and NY.
