Coach Mode - How?

After reading through all the coach mode slider threads, it got me wondering how coach mode works in NCAA. I have never seen a setting anywhere that turns coach mode on, so I am guessing you just call the plays, make pre-snap adjustments, and then let the CPU run the play? If that is how your do it, how do you handle the kicking game? Do you have to kick all punts/fg/kickoffs? I recently discovered Coach Mode in Madden and have been having a blast with it and was hoping to try it with NCAA, but didn't see that mode available.

Thats basically what you do. All you do is snap the ball and let the CPU run the play. Then all you have to do is the kicking.
