is the dynasty mode anytihng like it is in college hoops 2k5 where, you will recieve job offers at the end of a season, and have to a choice to move on and achieve coaching goals that boast your coaches rating in ncaa 06?

I don't know that it has any effect on ratings but I do believe you can get coaching offers from other schools. At least it was in the last two years' games...

yes you do get other job offers. All a winning season does for you is raise your coaching prestige.
