New current gen NCAA '07 gameplay videos

Current gen version is looking good. Gameplay/animations look very smooth and polished. I hope the 360 version's gameplay is up to snuff.

So far so good in regards to the playbooks. I was able to make out some of the new formations in the videos.

Strong Close
Empty Flex Trio
Weak H Pro
Ace Slot Flex.

There appeared to be more variety in regards to the passing plays. I saw a Double Sluggo play which is short for "slant and go". I also notices a new play out of Strong Normal called PA Scissors.

Admittedly though, I would've like to have seen them use a team playbook that's a little more unique like the Nevada Pistol offense. All in all I'm now looking forward to diving deeper into the playbooks.

Game looks like 05-06 with some minor changes.. thats all these games really needed (minor changes here and there). not sure if itll be worth 50 bucks for me. we'll see

at about 2 min and 25 sec the linebacker takes a containment angle on the quarterback and lets the d-line clean up. they were not all running the same angle like normal. might of been a spy assignment for the backer but we might finally get some containment on the fast qb's. still to be seen but it was nice to watch.

Well, at least now we know the current gen is very solid and isn't another 2005. I want the 360 version, but seeing 0 official videos troubles me a lot.

The one thing I was really annoyed at by watching those videos is the fact that the FB on that run up the gut at the goal line still comes to a dead stop once he's crossed the goal line instead of continuing on through. In real life a player doesn't automatically know that they've crossed the goal line and just instantly stop fighting for yards, they power on through (or try). I would have thought they'd have fixed that by now, it seems like it should be easily fixable.
