Not entirely, but there has definitely been a recent pattern of new features and animations from Madden making their way into NCAA a year or two after debuting in Madden.

Exactly!! I have ZERO complaints so far about Next Gen, from a graphical perspective anyway. I am still loving NBA2K on the 360 and it looks like NCAA 2007 will be my next addiction.

That's actually a breath of fresh air. The passing has been so brutal the last few years that it need so to be super easy at some level...mostly the short stuff, and the CPU. I hate playing against Matt Leinart on Heisman and he can't hit 50% of his passes with all sliders cranked in his favor.

The drops needed to go. Now if it's too easy, we can always adjust.

Will there still be coverage audibles? They only mentioned line and linebacker shifts... and what about formation specific offensive audibles. I thought I read somewhere that we'd have formation specific audibles as well as the traditional 5 audibles that we choose.

I'm sure on a higher difficulty level we'll be fine. The good news is that the core 'drops' issue looks to be fixed. And that was unable to even be addressed with sliders. Also I see the CPU throwing short which brought a tear to my eye.
