NCAA on PS2 or XBOX 360

it really just all depends upon you and what your interests and likes are.....i'm a hardcore football guy and love anything to do with football which is why i'm on these boards everyday this time of year anticipating the release of the next great football game.... but baseball or any other sport i wouldn't drop the money on a 360 if i was only mildly interested in both....ps2 would do me fine....but with me also, i have to have the latest and greatest when it comes to electronic stuff which is why i had to buy a 360 day 1.....for you, that doesn't seem important....although i will say the 360 is just a beautiful beautiful thing....couldn't get thru my day without it ..

so my advice is to get ncaa for the 360 and a 360 if you're a diehard football fan because it's going to look and play fantastic (at least in my dreams it does)......stick with the ps2 if you're just a casual football guy and casual gamer....

I say 360. Almost all of the features that are on PS2 will be on 360. I don't think you can go wrong with 360. I don't have a HDTV either, and I can still see the graphical improvement.

360 is my opinion, but depends on what your other taste are. For me it was a no-brainer b/c i like games like nba and ch 2k6, fight night, and I enjoy the FPS on 360. If only 360 could play nfl2k5

Your response was far less intelligent. What was wrong with saying wait for the PS3? Its a lot more money but there are also exclusives like the Show that won't be available for the 360. The fact that the controller doesn't vibrate is probably item #39 on the comparison list between a 360 or PS3 and is not that big a deal to most people.

Your statement that Sony sucks cries out MS Fanboy. I haven't had any problems with my discs for the PS2 but I'm sure all of the XBox owners out there that had a crappy hard drive (three different manufacturers) and that have zero support now from MS can testify that MS is far better. No system is perfect but that's not the point of the thread as this wasn't a Sony vs. MS thread. Its mainly about waiting on next gen period.

im playing my 360 on my standard 27" tv. honestly, when i play fifa, ive had people ask if im actually watching the world cup when they walk into the room. the 360 version will have nearly everything except the race for the heisman type thing (i think).

once i got my original xbox, i put the ps2 away for everything except GTA. 360 is the way to go.
