How to stop QB scramblers.

In my years of playing NCAA this is the only thing I can't stop. Players get a fast QB, send a wr crossing the field then run parallel with the WR so the pass is directly online.

If I play zone the CB will come up to stop the QB leaving the WR wide open, and If I'm in any kind of man most of the time the WR has a step on the corner.

What is a good play to stop it? Only way I have been able to slow it down it cheesing back and looping the dline and I don't want to have to do that.

It's pretty funny you ask considering you're a Texas fan. About the only scramblers I can't really stop is Young and Vick. I just use all the spy plays, spread my d-line outside and run man-to-man.

Control a spying LB, roam the middle where the WR is and knock him off his route, or just follow him and the QB across the field.
