Re: New vids at gamespot

I LOVE football and I LIKE college football very much but I can't complain about generic stadiums because it really doesn't matter to me. I just wanna be able to have somewhat accurate player models (please create-a-player or edit) with somehwat accurate hair, equipment, etc. AND some GOOD GAMEPLAY. So far it's looking to be 200 times better than Madden 2006 and that's a VERY GOOD thing.

how can you even say this? animations?? the 360 version has more animations than the current gen without question......gameplay is still to be determined, but from what i've seen from the videos the 360 version plays fantastic.

Nobody comments on this everytime I bring it up.

I know they say next gen has more animations, but I've seen more varied tackle, run, block, and passing animations in this 7min vid than I have in the media we've seen so far from next gen. As I said before next gen makes this looks extremely pixelated and like the 5yr old game it is. But I think it's easily debateable that the current gen game animates and looks to have better gameplay - and imo this shouldn't even be close

It may just be me, but I think these videos look fantastic.

You know, for all the flak EA gets over rehashing and sitting on their games, they're the company who may very well release a football game I would actually prefer to NFL 2K5 while 2K gave up.

I was bummed to lose my favorite NFL game of all time, but huge props to EA on this game. It looks fantastic, so let's hope it plays that way too!

See the bold....This is why everyone thinks this game will rock. Noone cares about the gameplay anymore.

Rude awakening on the 18th....

My opinion

Ncaa 2006 gameplay was very fun

Add the way Ncaa 07 looks like on the 360, and the same type of gameplay with alot of more animations...You have a great game on your hands.

The vibe i have been getting from jus surfing and reading around the boards is that it seems the current gen - gamers are trying to knock the 360 version before it even comes out...seems like alot of them want the game to suck to justify not making the move to next-gen...me iam optimistic...NCAA has rocked for as long as ive been playing it and seeing as EA had plenty of time to fix the mistakes from Madden 06, iam betting the game will be sweet....plus the graphics are outta this world...my ps2 will continue to collect dust, it's like Super Nintendo lol
