EB already has the game, but not selling.

I went to the mall yesterday in Hattisburg MS and saw the Ncaa 07 behind the counter on the shelf. I went up and told them I need to purchase Ncaa 07 for the xbox. The girl told me they were only taking pre-orders. I said well I saw them in the glass case and thought they were available. She said the will be sold on July 18th and were not aloud to sell them yet.


You could really tell they were pushing the pre-orders because there whole glass case we covering up all the other games.

So were I'm going with this, is Walmart, Best Buy and Circuit City probably already have the game.

Just thought you guys would like to know.

Are you sure it was the actual game was inside the case???

A lot of times they will put up the covers on the boxes just to show that a game is coming soon but that does not mean that they have it. Its just a display box.

The Gamestop in Norman usually has customed Sooner covers. Its nothing other than a display.

I was at EB about twenty minutes ago and asked the manager if they had received it yet and he said it was due this afternoon but they weren't allowed to sell it until the 18th unless EA sent them notification to go ahead and sell.

My EB had a release sheet laying on the counter. 7/10 was the date for release. I asked the girl if that's correct and she said no, it is 7/12 that they will sell.

Take that for what it's worth.

Those had to be the fake copies they've all had since May. I would find it hard to believe that EB is putting the actual games inside the case and not selling them.

I bet they release the game sometime next week... having the games in the stores for 2 weeks seems too long.
