Dynasty Mode

Just interested to hear how you guys play out your dynastys every year.
For me, I usually pick a crappy team (with nice jerseys of course) always a one star program (ex: Navy before Johnson turned them around, UL-Monroe last year). (with the 360, picking teams based on looks wont be an issue )

I usually stay with that team for two years max, and if I have a great season I usually resign and go to a poor powerhouse school, like Duke or Vandy. From there I stay untill I get a big job offer, which IMO is fairly realistic.

So, what team are you guys thinking of starting off this year and for what reasons?

Re: Dynasty Mode

I usually start at Auburn and stay for around 6-10 years and then go to a small school and turn them into an option team. But I then go back to Auburn, so I might not ever leave them this season.

Re: Dynasty Mode

I like to use a crappy team and since my team is Baylor and they have been pretty bad the last 10 years I go with them

Even if they were rated in the top 50 I would go with Baylor.

Re: Dynasty Mode

Start with FSU and play a few seasons. Then I start another one with a small school or create one

Re: Dynasty Mode

I'll probably pick BC like I do every year. It's gonna be harder without Kiwanuka or Blackmon this year but I think Toal is gonna step up for me in my dynasty. Plus it is kind of hard to recruit since its in New England and you have OSU and PSU recruiting NY, NJ, PA area.

Re: Dynasty Mode

I play as Auburn, but I play on Heisman and only recruit Alabama, Georgia, Florida, LA, Mississippi, Tennessee, SC, and my homeland, Maryland. Those keep me from having a Godlike team

Re: Dynasty Mode

I usually do a dynasty when I first get the game with a pretty good team just to get the hang of things, then start a dynasty with a scrub team.

Re: Dynasty Mode

I'll play with Texas...and then just start random ones with random teams after I watch them play on Saturday and get an urge to play as them.
