I doubt it, if they did then all the things that are harped on the most would be addressed, but they never are.

I visit these forums throughout the year but places like maddenmania, I'll visit frequently this time of year then some for the next few months, then I'll check back in around April/May for new stuff... then the cycle begins again in late June.

The copy for OS likely shipped today and will arrive either tonight or tomorrow. Unfortunately, they won't be allowed to open it or offer any impressions until the 18th. duh?
Lol, I thought that was pretty funny.

Give the dude a break or were you just trying to be funny? He's saying exactly what happens every year when any new sports game comes out.

You guys run a great site and I can't see how you could do a better job. I have heard a few others were left out in the cold as well this year. When I wander off my site, I often visit here - never at IGN.

Re: Are the OS guys going to get an early copy for review?

Since the birth of the "EA Community Leaders Program"... why does EA need to send their game to any site that doesn't have Madden, EA, or NCAA in the title????

Also, don't be fooled into blaming the Devs. We have great relationships with the Devs from (pretty much) all the houses. But, who gets a copy and when is 100% in the hands of PR. Totally different animal.

4) Underlying concerns become bigger, some call it deal breakers, other threaten to return it, some keep playing and call the others whiners and EA haters....others say 'wait til next year!!!!!!'

5) I get my copy a few weeks later after reading some reviews...I adjust the sliders to my liking (don't know why everyone has to rely on other people's sliders), and play the game happily for a few months before I tire of it.

6) I revisit this site about the same time next year to repeat the process.

Same 'ol same 'ol.
Well said...
