Yep, playing as UGA in my dynasty, and my first game was again 1-AA West
So it appears to be

1-AA East
1-AA West
1-AA South
1-AA North

NCAA 1-AA South will be on my schedule (as Pitt plays The Citadel).

I have no interest in playing against this generic team. I am going to replace this game with a real team. I don't see this as being any less authentic/realistic than playing against the generic team.
