For anyone having issues with blocking

Two things that i figured out on the Current Gen version that help calm down the amount of missed and blown blocks.

1-let the center point.
This is something that works in madden 2, if you wait at the snap and let the center point i guess logically blockers figure out their blocking reads and your blockers seldom blow past guys, it makes a huge difference, and actually adds a little realism to it

2-Slide protection, it does seem that the slide protection works on runnig plays, this comes in hand for counters and traps where blockers need to downblock. Though the pulling guard does still not run up the hole correctly

These have made a big difference for me playing on Heisman level, although the amount of pancaked o linmane and defenders hasnt improved much

Good points...the only thing I would add is using the cadence button to change up your snap count (Circle on PS2). You can get the CPU to jump offsides on occassion, or at least not blow up your line as bad most of the time.

I definitely think letting the center point around helps.
