I'm playing the 360 version on SDTV. When I pull the right trigger to view the play routes, I can't seem to see the icons to the far left and far right. Is there a way to fix this?

make sure that in your dashboard the video is set to 4:3 and 480i

And just in case you didn't know this, you need to hold the right trigger down and then you can pan left and right and see the sides of the field.
