Poll: Momemtum Meter - Good or Bad

How do you feel about the momentum meter in this years NCAA? IMO, I don't like it because I think it is overdone. Plus, I don't quite understand how the momentum meter works in terms value per big play, etc. It seems that the key to each and every game is to get the momentum early because once the meter fills up for a team, it's hard to get the momentum back on the other side. For me, it's lead to the extreme feelings of either "not having a doubt about a win" or "there is no way I'm gonna be able to come back." In single player mode, if the CPU has full momentum, it sometimes feels like an impossible feat to make a comeback... and vice versa when I have the momentum.

Bad. It should have been an option, not mandatory.

I like the concept, because momentum is a big factor in college football....but it's glitched. In my USC dynasty I returned a punt for a TD vs. Washington....and Washington was then at full momentum.

How is that a "glitch"?

Just because a team has momentum means its perfect?

Glitched is right. I'm up by 7, 1:00 left, with the ball. I got the MO. I fumble (something else I hate), they get it, they fill with MO. So far, so good. Two plays later, I big hit the QB from the blindside (a beautiful play), have him fumble at about midfield, pick it up with my LB, and take it down to the 5 yard line with 0:30 left. The MO goes from +5 for them to +2 for them! How in the world would they still have it?!? It should be +5 for me!!!

Ah, didn't affect the outcome. But it could've.

You're kidding, right? I scored on a punt return, and Washington GAINED momentum.

I feel like it has too great an influence on fumbling the ball. I would have liked to see it maybe allow the cpu defense to be better able to shut the offense down and forcing a punt but it seems like the most frequent way of the momentum influencing the outcome of a game is by creating a fumble, it's almost like clockwork on Heisman.

It doesn't seem too bad on AA. Some people are saying its very hard on Heisman. Right now I would say I like it but people should have the option of turning it off (same with jump the snap).
