I pretty much only recruit from the interested prospects list. Then I escalate to the in-state guys, and the pipelines states next. 95% or my recruits come from TX and La. I try not to over recruit at positions where I dont need people, and get an ATH or two if I can spare the scholarship. This has kept me from getting a lot of walk-ons.
