How Player Select Forward and Backwards on Defense

I totally missed this until someone else brought it up in another thread, but in order to cycle through your defensive players forwards, backwards, and any which way....just hold down the B button (or circle button) and press the left stick or the d-pad in the direction that you want to move the cursor. On punt returns, it's especially nice because you just hold B and then press up and voila, you have control of the return man.

I found it totally annoying that the cycle backwards button was removed, but now that I have discovered this, it's even better than before. A shout-out to EA for this slick feature, but a big for not advertising it anywhere.

YOur right they should've advertised this in the manual. I stumbled upon this the first time I played it. I noticed if you held down the buttons a little menu came up. So I started holding down each button individually to see what would happen. Nice add ea!

There was a thread about this a few weeks ago and I could never figure out how they were saying to do it. But you say you have to hold the button down, then press the directions? I never tried that. I will tonight, all that cycling between the players was driving me crazy! Thanks.
