Red shirting a senior?

I have redshirted about 4 seniors in my 23 year dynasty and they all came back....for whatever that is worth.

i dont think senirs leave if u redshirt them and besides, like the other guy said... y would u redshirt a senior who isnt good enough to play in the first place, redshirting doensnt improve u it just gives u an extra year of eligibility...

And gives you time to train and in this game their attributes usually go ^ when they train.

Actually, that isn't the case. In my Ducks Dynasty, in my 3rd year, Jonathon Stewart, Jeremiah Johnson, and Terrell Johnson were all in their 90's. Stewart being a 96 and both Johnsons being 91. Jeremiah was a true senior and I contemplated it and decided against redshirting him.

UVA is contemplating redshirting senior receiver Deyon Williams in real life due to injuries, so no, I wouldn't consider redshirting seniors 'unrealistic'. I personally do redshirt seniors.

I almost never redshirt anyone after their freshman year. I might make an exception if I had an unreal amount of depth at one position, but even in that scenario I would probably just find a way to get that player on the field rather than redshirt.
