#1 in off-season recruiting after 2nd season

Just like last year, the recruiting logic is darn too easy again. I am playing Oregon State in All-American setting. Just finished my 2nd season with record of 11-2 with a Holiday bowl win 48-13 over Iowa State. I set my budget to recruiting 45, Training 35 and Discripline 20. I ranked first in recruiting after getting 6 (5*), 13 (4*), 3 (3*), 1 (*2 kicker). After my 1st season, I ranked 13th after getting 3 (*5), 13 (*4), 1 (*3).
What's the best ranked recruiting class?

You could always, oh, I don't know, at least try and recruit realistically.

If your team shouldn't be landing 6 five star players, don't recruit them.
