Re: Playing as a LB

I can get some sacks with LB's, but not many. Probably 90% of my sacks come from the D-Line.

Re: Playing as a LB

just finished first season with illini. sam carson the soph. mlb finished with 95 tackles 7 sacks 21 tfl 2 ints 6 ff 1 fr 8 pb and 1 d.td I played ever play with him on 7 minutes and got first team all-american and second to polslunsky for best lb in nation. i ran the 4-2-5 and other lb was 2nd team big ten. take on blocks and use the triggers(not as good as last year but works) to break blocks and blow up plays. last year it was to easy to get 125 tackles with the mlb but this year it seems a little harder. the guys are right about ints and sacks helping to get you awards, the more of those and the better chance you have.

Re: Playing as a LB

All you have to do is get a decent ammount of tackles about 8-10 ints, 4-5 FF's. 3+ Sacks. I've won the awards two years in row.

My Avgs.

105 tackles 7 sacks 13 ints 6 FF 1 FR 1 TDs

Winning Heisman is another story...back to back 2nd place finishes.
