Yes. You can edit the player ratings.

You cannot once you get passed a certain point in dyansty. I assume that where he is at.

I'm just talking about the regular rosters....I want to change some guys positions to make them FR that will be starting but i can't seem to find where to change the ratings.

It's not very intuitive. When viewing the roster you have to highlight one of the rating columns and hit A.

If you can't change their positions there, you get the opportunity during the offseason.
