General rosters question...

Hey folks,
Is there any roster maker in particular that focuses on a more simulation style of gameplay with accurate rosters? I know there's rosters out there that actually alter the players' abilities to enhance certain things but I'm just curious if anyone has thoughts about which rosters tend to swing more towards realism in the way they play human and CPU controlled teams. Just looking for opinions guys.
