reggie bush unlockable?

Guys on cheat code central {cheatcc.com} its has a cheat where if u finish a whole dynasty mode with usc then you unlock reggie, i dont believe its true, but has anybody tried it, because i havent and if it is true what the heck can u do with him anyways because there arent any historic teams

There are all time teams if you use cheats. See these cheats here.

Just like you can unlock Sonic in Super Smash Brothers.

Or Mew in Pokemon for beating the 5 guys at the end 50 times and then taking the "secret" bridge across the sea.
