Is this 50/50 you v. computer or just a lot of fumbles by you? If you, try using the cover up button, it helps.

Yeah, there can be alot of fumbles on this game. I've found that it can be fixed by tweaking sliders...

I don't know how you could fix it using sliders other than raising your running back ability.

Just cover up the ball, try to make sure your top RB is an impact back and it helps a lot. Rain can really bring out the fumbleitis sometimes.

The CPU tackling slider has an effect as well. I have my RBA at 45 for both and don't see too many fumbles...

It goes in waves for me. I've played a good bit lately running a bone(wishbone, flexbone) offense and all I have really seen are botched option pitches and maybe a few regular fumbles.

BUT, there have been times where fumbles have gotten absolutely ridiculous... and the cover ball button means nothing in the situation when you're just meant to fumble (momentum).
