I just want to throw into this topic that I did a dynasty last year with an all-black team (Jackson State, I think), and only recruited black players. I had about 6-8 discipline problems a year, far more than usual.

EA doesn't generate created teams based on racial prefrences.

Come on, thats so picky. I used a 1-AA team, mostly white, and had about 10 discipline problems. Also how many points did you put into discipline? The least points you use the more problems you have.
