CPU FG accuracy fix!!

Well this fix actually worked and gave me one of my greatest games because of it. Pitt missed a 39 yard fg with :51 seconds left and the score tied 17-17. I broke a run and hit a flag pattern to win the game with 2 seconds left 24-17.

Just my two cents, I've known this for a while and would have said something but I assumed it was common knowledge.

About reusing the pennant. Just get the pennant in your profile, save it and activate it in the game. When the game is over, DONT SAVE ANYTHING!!!!! Go to your profile editor and create a new profile and replace it. When the interface asks you to save say no. Then reload the profile before a new game and the code will still be there.
