It says its signing day, it gives me the ranking of the classes and i dont have the option of recruiting anymore, but it tells me i have 90 points remaining, what does that mean? Can i do something with those points?

In 06 you could scout the players you signed if you hadn't already, now you can't and they don't do anything now.
