I would expect him to be in the 86-88 range for rating.
Is Brink the guy who started the Auburn game, or the one that came in later. Because the guy who started wasn't very good.

Re: Top rated QBs for NCAA 2008

Anthony Alridge, running back from Houston will definitely be rated at least an 85, bank on it. You dont have him on your list anywhere but he averaged over 11yards per carry last year and almost ran for 1000 yards in a 2nd back role (Houston uses a big back and a small back). Ran a 4.2 at recent spring workout.

There will probably be well over 100 HB's rated 84+, same thing with QBs. Basically in EA's eyes if you have started a game for any D1 school you are a highly rated stud.

Here's my preliminary list of the top 80 RB's with what I think they should be rated OVERALL:

Keep in mind I try to keep the OVR ratings down, but its difficult knowing that EA has the propensity to overrate everyone, probably in an attempt not to hurt any feeling.

Plus Sam Bradford will probably be the QB for OU. Not Halze.
I don't think those QBs were ranked at the top of the thread, but the implication that Bobby Reid is "waaay" too high is not very objective. He was four plays from putting a mediocre power conference team in the Big 12 conference championship. (And in all fariness to Reid, two game-winning passes were flat out dropped by WRs, and another was arguably a pass interference non-call.) He would start for the majority of Big 12 schools.

Reid is not a top 10 QB, but hs is not 'waaay' lower than that.

Allen Patrick should be ranked higher, I agree, but not as high relatively as you claim.

Great job on the RBs. I believe you will find this year that Dantrell Savage (OK St) is definitely a top 40 RB, certainly better than Courtney Tenielle (TU). But I realize a lot of those guys are lumped in there together. Keith Toston of OK St may be better, but has to run with more toughness to get the bulk of the carries.

I disagree. Reid hasnt shown much of anything since hes been at OSU besides the fact that he can get injured. I think tha Zac Robinson is actually the better Quarterback of the two. Not quite as athletic but Robinson, to me, just is a better leader and overall QB.

Majority of the Big 12 schools is a lil drastic:

OU-No, Bradford is better
UT-No, McCoy
Neb-No, Keller
Tech-No, Harrell
A&M-No, McGee
ISU-Probably
Mizzou-No, Daniel
Ok State-He starts there but as I said, I believe OSU would be better with Z Rob
Colo-Probably
KU-Probably
K State-Probably
Baylore-Probably

So counting OSU its 6. I wouldnt count OSU, so it would be 5. Thats far from majority my friend. But I digress...

He had Patrick at an 85 I think. I would put him at the top tier 80 if not 90 level. He fumbles too much and hes not my favorite back (See Chris Brown, Demarco Murray, Mossis Madu) but so far he is the best of the bunch so he should be ranked as such.

Re: Top rated QBs for NCAA 2008

People, the lists I posted are just a GENERAL list of players, not ranked.

The second list of RB that has RANK & OVR is my prediction of what they SHOULD be rated for 2008.

I asked you in this thread to make your OWN list of ranked players, not respond with "teh BoBBUes ReEEId iZ teH W@uy 2 hIgH"...jesus.
