Did NCAA ever have a play creator? To me this would be the most appealing feature that the NCAA game could add. Madden has this for the PC but a play creator would be so much more useful in college since teams change every year.

For instance your senior stud quarterback and wide receiver graduate. In the wings you have no proven quarterback but you have some serious athletes at WR, one who would make a nice option quarterback. So you move that WR to quarterback and instead of running the pro offense you ran last year you start drawing up plays to utilize this athlete at QB. New formations, options, sprint out throws....etc

This sound interesting to anyone else?

I think NCAA 2001 or one of those PSone games had it.
