I played Bill Walsh, but I never owned the game. The first game I owned was NCAA 97 on the PC. I also owned NCAA 98 on the PC, 01, 02, 03, 04 on the PS2, 05 and 06 on Xbox, and 07 on the 360.

My first college game was Super Play Action Footbal for SNES. It actually had 100 or so generic unlicensed colleges such as "Auburn, Al" and "ND." Auburn had royal blue and white uniforms, but my boys were in the game.
It also had NFL which was licensed as I recall, and you could even create your own HS team and play, but you had to design the uniforms each time you played. There was no memory.
