My guess is the "revolution" is the new search option, as well as the new "pitch" you can offer a recruit that is a promise, and they'll transfer if you don't fulfill it.

How about taking a page out of GTA's (yep) book and add a weight room and in the offseason you can see your players work out and perform the reps for them by tapping a button (or something like that). You could maybe risk going for an extra set and getting a bigger boost in ratings or taking the chance of getting hurt. May be boring for some though.
