Looking at the videos, there are some stuff it seems.

Like promises, but I don't think it has the depth that the 360/ps3 will have
you know like hard sell, and the 12 different categories for your school.

They have added stuff. There is a whole video on it (although they still may be different) but promises to recruits are in.

Right, the PS2/Xbox recruiting is improved, although not to the level of detail as the PS3/X360 version.
