Player Ratings Thread

Ok...

I figured we needed a separate thread to post Player ratings that have already been released to the public (i.e. Pat White, Steve Slaton, etc.)

Since the Community day thread is already getting ridiculously long, it would be easier to just put all gathered info on player ratings in one thread.

So if you have any info on what certain players are rated, etc. How about sticking it in here so folks can look at them and discuss.

Re: Player Ratings Thread

Okay i am not a big LSU fan or a LSU fan period but Ryan runs a 4.5 forty and gets an 85 and Matt runs a 4.53 forty and gets a 72. How does .03 tenths of a second fall from an 85 to a 72. Thanks in advance

Re: Player Ratings Thread

Highest rated players in game:

99:
Darren McFadden (Arky)
Dan Connor (PSU
Sam Baker (USC)

98:
Glenn Dorsey (LSU)
Brian Brohm (Louisville)

97:
Travis Beckum (Wisconsin)

There's also a 99 OVR LE #55 who is probably either a misnumbered Quintin Groves (Auburn) or a mispositioned Keith Rivers (USC). Or if any team has a really good LE, hollar at me.

I doubt it. He wears #96. That's not even close to 55.

I am an LSU fan and I think that you're right about EA messing that one up. For some reason they've discounted Flynn's speed for a few years now, they even rated him slower than JaMarcus Russell in the past.
I don't understand how they came to the conclusion that Alley Broussard is LSU's best back. He hasn't been fully healthy and has been in Les Miles' doghouse for 2 years. Based off of how Keiland Williams finished 2006 and how Richard Murphy tore it up in the spring, Broussard may be a situational short yardage back.
Also, they need to flip flop the ratings for Darry Beckwith and Jacob Cutrera. Beckwith was the starter last year and is probably a better LB than Ali Highsmith, who is one of LSU's "impact players." Cutrera was a bigtime recruit and played well as a True Frosh, but he isn't better than Beckwith.
Also, I think that the unknown players are:

WR #80 - OVR-79, SPD-90, STR-56, AGI-92, ACC-88, AWR-56, BTK-56
Terrance Toliver
TE #41 - OVR-79, SPD-76, STR-72, AGI-76, ACC-78, AWR-59, BTK-65
Jordan Corbin
Richard Pixon - OVR-85, SPD-82, STR-68, AGI-84, ACC-85, AWR-65, BTK-68
Richard D*ckson
LOLB #50 - OVR-81, SPD-78, STR-74, AGI-78, ACC-80, AWR-74, BTK-40
Kelvin Sheppard? He's really #11, but RP wears that so they may have given him #50.
