I would say 2004 was the best NCAA Football. As long as there aren't any game killers I think this game has the potential to be the best one.

04 was the best game play imo. I do like having the 70 man roster, and the new additions to recruiting seems to make this one an improvement from last year. I like the dynasty so that is what I focus on (As long as the gameplay doesn't take a step backwards of course.)
