I dont know if a bunch of other places are having these but there is an NCAA 2008 tournament in Pearland, TX at Cliffs. Its a hamburger joint off of 288.

They had the new cover of NCAA up and it said 2008. I will go by again later today to check but I believe it was 2008.

I know the EB Games in Winston Salem NC is having one on the 14th for 08.

With the winners from each local store playing on the following weekend for a PS3.
