Is there anyway to get a new (start a new) EA online name?

I was really having problems with my ISP when the game came out and was disconnected in 7 of my first 9 games. No my rates look horrible.

I've fixed the problem now, the only problem is that I have an EA name with an 80% DNF. Let me know if I can do anything. Thanks!
