NCAA 08 estimated sales thru July 28th

From these #'s you can see why not many people have a PS3. All the PS2 owners seem to be holding on to their systems. XBOX people, on the other hand, have mainly jumped to the 360.

A guy on another board pointed out I had inadvertently credited the 08 PS2 version with the 360's numbers. In fact thru two weeks last gen sales are down almost 500,000 units from last year.

NCAA was not impacted by APF. NCAA was impacted by the PS2/Xbox gen being over. People aren't buying that software anymore, but not everyone has a 360 or PS3 yet. By next year, after Halo 3, GTA4, and Madden 08 have come out, you'll start seeing the sales go way up do to the abundance of the 360 and PS3s.
