how do i edit coach names on PS3???

go to the dynasty and team management...then coaches options...then you can edit each and everyone of them...being bored one day I put the current names of the current coaches...have not seen any coaches change yet, but this is just my first off season with lsu...then i took the five year extension....so i did not go to texas with les miles and mack brown going to lsu...i guess that is how it works or just put lsu with coach lsu?
