I've used WVU when I had fast QB's in, there's a lot of options/reads/qb keepers in there.

Any playbook is suitable if you know howto run your plays. Personally I'm using Arkansas St. playbook right now because that's who I'm doing my Dynasty with .... I'd suggest Wester Virgina, Navy, Army or Florida.

With a dual threat qb, i've had success w/ the navy and wvu playbook

Navy has an awesome playbook. When I start a new dynasty with another team I'm going to experiment with Florida's playbook some more and see what comes of it.
