NCAA or Madden (PS3)??

Let me make this very clear... this is not an attempt to be a flame war against either of the games. I have been a fan of both games in my lifetime.
However, with kids and an increasing workload... I simply do not have time to play both anymore.

Here's what I would like to know from many of you...

If you had to choose one or the other, which one would it be? PS3 version.

And list any reasons that support your choice. But please, let's leave the "I like college better than pro", or vice versa. I've heard of bugs or glitches in both... but please feel free to use that as a reason.

This is really to help me in my purchase, and hopefully others too!
