I agree...Infact 19-1 seems boring to me. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

I'm in year 3 with Utah State. They have a senior QB who can run and a freshman who has 80 speed, I have always wanted to run an option team in the game, so I picked them. Flexbone based the first year(Navy's playbook) and then the spread option from year 2 on(West Virginia's playbook). Fun stuff, I've been running through the WAC but I can't beat any BCS conference team I play.

i've found the easiest way to get the 1* team off the ground is to schedule teams that are literally overrated at the start of the first season (teams rated C+ or C but are still ranked top 70 in the preseason polls) and trying to get your rival to be scheduled around weeks 10-13

year 2 you can add some meat to the schedule and by year 3 you should be at least within eyesight of being in a bcs conference and scheduling as many top 25 schools as you need

I should have said it clearer. Once I get to #1, I take a new job and turn around a different team. It's really interesting in my opinion.
