The dreaded new season

I love NCAA but I dread every year having to input the names of every player on every team manually. Why can't they just put out a roster update like MLB '08? It takes me nearly a month of nonstop inputting that's better used playing the game.

Putting in every players name is excessive. What I like doing is filling out the names for everyone on the team your gonna play with, fill out the names of a couple of big teams (like USC), fill out the names for some of the main teams in your conference, then fill out the names of the top 10-15 overall per position (so that almost all of the award winners at the end of the year will be real people), Fill out the notable people you know about that aren't considered the top tier players, and then generate the rest. It takes a bit of time, but it is nothing like filling out the names for all of the teams and almost just as satisfying.

Or you could download rosters someone else did, thank them, perhaps donate, then enjoy.

It's the only way to go. I usually give $10-20 for rosters annually. Well worth it, I might say.

I don't have a memory card and don't like feel like spending the 50 bucks on action replay though
