EA hasn't said anything about the ps2 version yet.

Updated features for ps2 NCAA 09 will be lots of things that just didn't quite make it on the ps3 version including formation subs, medical redshirts, clear visors, correct bowl game patches and endzones, discipline, and the ability to edit classes.

NCAA '09 = NCAA '07.75

They didn't do a thing new for '08 except roster changes and a few bug fixes, and that's exactly what '09 will be. PS2 will be a completely dead system after this year.

They did a nice job of removing pursuit angles in 2008 so the defenders would chase the ball carrier like a swarm of bees. I'll be real excited to see what new "features" they bring to 09. I guarantee FG's will still be automatic. I guarntee pursuit angles are still destroyed. I imagine 09 will be return of the Deep Ball.
