oldy but goody

So I decided to fire up the old xbox 1 last night and play an overwhelming good version of NCAA 06. The speed of this game, and gameplay are incredible and 100 times better than the next gen versions. I then proceeded to play NCAA 08 on the 360, about 3 minutes into a game I became completely frustrated at how slow the game moved. my question is what the heck happened at EA Sports? the old games are awesome compared to the space takers in my dvd rack better known as madden and NCAA football 08. doess anybody feel my pain

I had the same experience last fall. I threw in '04 and NFL 2K5, and couldn't believe how great the pacing of those games were. My 2nd biggest gripe with '08 is how slow the game is....Not so much the plays themselves, but all the stuff in between. The menus are painfully slow. It takes me an hour to play a game with 6 minute quarters.
