Pre-Game Show

Is it just me or is the pre-game show that has been in the videos a major disappointment. I know some people don't care about that type of thing and button through it, but I think it really adds to the experience. It is the same as 08 with some mere graphical upgrades.

I was disappointed as well. EA has always been lazy when it comes to presentation tho. They cater to the button mashing tournament crowd.

agreed. on last-gen i loved to see the pre-game with the team's entrances, the on-field cameras highlighting the impact players for the game and seeing Corso put on the head of the team he picked to win! i don't understand why they won't bring these back!

this really makes no sense not to have these in..

who knows (it's probably the dreamer in me) but maybe if EA sees people complaining enough about not having entrances, maybe they could still add them? i wouldn't think those would be that hard (or time consuming) to implement.. i mean, have one generic "team running on the field" animation (like the video above) but have entrance locations differ according to team/stadium

I miss the Pre-game show as well. They talk about presentation but i still see so much lacking.

In a perfect world where the game was developed how i would like it and all the limitations was taking care of. I would have:

Pre-Game intros by the home team
Pre Game commentating(showing them talking)
In-game commentating like MLB the Show where they references things from the 1rst inning in the 9th inning.(ps i never played the Show i just seen and read about the commentating so if its bad some one let me know)
Sideline reporting
injury cut scenes
Post game commentating or interviews with in-game highlights
Weekly highlights.

I will still buy the game no matter what but a person can wish
