Re: Editing mp3 files for stadium sounds

I am using audacity and I know how to use the program pretty well, but I haven't found a way to make the .mp3's Quieter. I have them set at such a high bitrate that it will overpower all the other sounds in the game and it wont sound right. So my question is, how can I make them sound more quiet?

i just read the files are limited to 60 seconds. So no matter what the song will play no more than 60 seconds. But if the situation ends, then it will stop.

Is this correct?
