NCAA 09 PS3 Controls

Been playing the demo and the game is awsome. My only complaint is that I hate the default controls. I am a huge fan of the last gen controls on PS2. Will there be an option to change the controls to those of the last gen NCAA games?

most of the controls were customizable in '08 on 360/PS3, '09 should be the same.

With the retail version you would be able to change the controls...I did on '08

Yeah u should be able to custom to your liking....for me I prefer the speed burst button on the X on ps3 and A button on 360.

I prefer the old school controls myself and re-mapped the '08 version last year as well. Kind of sucks we can't map it on the demo but not a big deal.

I wish EA would have put in two controller configurations - new and old school in addition to letting us map the controls. It takes time to map the controls and you can only do it for one profile. If someone else comes over and wants the old controls, you would have to create a second profile and remap that one as well.

I know how hard it is to shake off old habits, but I would warn against not learning new control schemes. In my experience, new schemes are almost always better; you just don't see it at first because you blow at the game while you're trying to (re)learn them.

QFT! Not to mention it sucks if you go to a buddy's house and instead of playing a quick game and enjoying yourself you're sitting there remapping all the controls while everyone is bored as watching paint dry.
