When do we get next-gen AI ?

Yes, the OP put up some examples but for all we know they may not even be issues, even though Bill Abner has mentioned them. Also, maybe Adam was looking for more answers, suggestions, a little bit of an explanation as to what exactly the OP was looking for.

I didn't view his comment as talking down or as playing dumb. Thats just how I viewed it.

I'll agree that my usage of next-gen AI may have been not the correct way to word the question. I was just referring to the fact that the play-calling does not differ from team to team or does adapt to various situations. I should have worded it differently.

I agree with the above but it should be much more complex.

The play calling really needs to reflect the head coach and the personnel.

I'd guess that by the 2014 release, the developers will be saying next year.

So that equates to somewhere around 2020.

AI in every sports game is sub par or at least in the sports games I play basketball and football.
